Directions: The Office is located at 10333 Northwest Freeway, between Mangum and Dacoma, just outside the IH-610 Loop. Take 610 to U.S. 290 the Northwest Freeway and take the Mangum Dacoma exit. Take a hard u-turn or protected u-turn going underneath the freeway before the traffic light. The “10333” building is on your right, the first of three five story office buildings. There is plenty of free parking in the front. Take the elevator to the fifth floor and we are in Suite 503 on your right. It is only a few minutes away from the Galleria, Spring Branch, Memorial Villages, Memorial City, the Heights, Timbergrove Manor, Heights, Garden Oaks, North Shepherd, Independence Heights, Acres Homes, Montrose, the Museum District, Midtown, the Medical Center, the Astrodome, River Oaks, Midtown, West University, Bellaire, Highland Village, and the old West End. Additionally because its freeway location, Northwest Crossing, Inwood Forest, Jersey Village, Cy-Fair are convenient for this office.

Bankrupsy, Bankruptsy, Bankrupcy or which ever alternative spelling you have seen, Bankruptcy is the correct spelling and this is why.

I like to think of bankruptcy as a good thing for you as you are getting relief from your debts and stopping foreclosures, repossessions, and many other bad things from happening to you if you qualify. I know that another spelling might be preferable to you, but let's face it it is what it is regardless of how it is spelled. Think of it as the bank rupturing rather than you! When the bank finds out it cannot collect your debt they are the ones with the loss and you are the one with the gain. We think of bankruptcy as such a bad thing, and I know it is never our first choice, it usually the last one, but the fact is you gain protection from creditors and then most debts get wiped away with the discharge. So whichever way you want to spell it, you should think of yourself as a winner because you turned a very difficult situation into a good one.
